Q. What is your Return policy?

A. We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. We carefully choose our product and we will do our best for giving this effort you our customer. We want you to be completely delighted with our product you placed an order from us. When you receive order, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not charge any restocking fees but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Q. Which materials used for décor Art?

A. All pictures are printed on self-adhesive, peel and stick polyester.  The stickers are designed for indoor use on any flat, clean, dry surface.

Q:  Which type of adhesive has Décor art?

A. The stickers are removable.   Adhesive will not remain on the wall when the stickers are removed.

Q. Which surface I can attach this product?

A. To apply, simply remove the backing and stick it on! Product includes simple application instructions. Only apply the sticker to a smooth, clean and dry surface. The sticker may not adhere properly if applied to uneven or textured surfaces.

Q. What steps to apply this products? (also you mush see how to attach page!)

A. Remove entire backing. Be careful not to bend or kink the sticker. After backing is removed, press exposed sticker to surface. Finish by softly rubbing the entire sticker with a soft cloth, making sure to include all edges. On the larger stickers it may be easier to peel and stick a top portion first and then remove the remaining backing. Finish by rubbing with a soft cloth. If, after completion, you are unhappy with the positioning, simply remove with included card and stick again.

Q. How to clean Décor Art?

A. Use a cloth or paper towel moistened with water only and gently blot. Do not soak, rub or use soap or abrasives. The stickers can be damaged by moisture. We recommend keeping them dry.

Q. Are there any surfaces that DECOR ART is not intended for?

A. The main thing to keep in mind is that DECOR ART  is not waterproof. It should not be applied to sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, etc. It can be used on walls and tiles in bathrooms, but should be sealed to protect it from high humidity.

Q. What do I need to consider before applying images?

A. Make sure surface is dry, clean and free from dust or grease.
Before applying DECOR ART images to an empty room, it's wise to lay out all the designs first and decide where you would like them to go. DECOR ART Clear Magic material has been tested extensively on a variety of different surfaces and substrates. It is not recommended for use on uneven surfaces, such as wood chip, or certain vinyl wallpapers, fresh paint or panelling.

Q. Are DECOR ART images removable?

A.Under normal conditions, DECOR ART material is removable from painted surfaces and certain wallpapers, if removed very slowly. It is, however, recommended that you test material on a small area of your chosen surface for up to 24 hours before applying all DECOR ART images. For stubborn surfaces, gentle heat from a hair dryer can assist in removing images.

Q. How long with they last?

A. They have been tested for up to five years under normal conditions.

Q. How long glowing effects are lasting?

A. Glowing effect will disappear after 30 minute to 1 hour after room lights off.

Q. Where I can use for Glass and Window product?

A. Windows, Mirrors, Cabinet, Shower curtain/Door, Glass, and Bottles
Window product can be used for indoor and outdoor, and it effects exactly same as stained glass.

Q.  How do I apply the Decor Style®?

A. Peel Decor Style® from the backing and since it is self-adhesive, it can be put on prepared surface, preferably clean & dry, instantaneously. Just press firmly and you're done.

Q.  Can I attach the Decor Style® onto surfaces other than tiles?

A. Yes, it will apply onto almost all non-porous surfaces such as ceramic tile, porcelain, Formica, glass, mirror, plastic, metal and fiberglass.

Q.  I take a very hot shower. Will Decor Style® withstand the hot steam when it's attached to the shower tile?

A. Yes, Decor Style® is heat, steam and water resistant.

Q.  Will the Decor Style® stick onto the painted wall?

A. Although Decor Style® applies to most surfaces, we do not recommend painted-surfaces.

Q. If the surface of Decor Style® gets dirty, can it be washed?

A.Absolutely, the surface can be washed with most household cleaning products.

Q.  Will heat from the stove damage the Decor Style if it's applied onto the kitchen backsplash?

A.No, Decor Style® is heat-resistant, so indirect heat from the gas or electric stove won't damage the product.

Q.  How do I remove an Decor Style®?

A. Carefully lift the outer corners and gently lift from surface.

Q.  Can Decor Style® individual accent pieces be put on the mug or glasses?

A. Yes, that is a great idea!

Q.  If it's on the mug or glasses, can it be washed?

A.Once it's properly placed on mug or glass, it's safe for hand washing or the dishwasher.

Q. What about microwave?

A.It is also safe for microwave ovens, once the Decor Style® is properly attached to the mug, glass or dish.

Q. Can Decor Style® be placed outside of house?

A.Yes, it can withstand the weather as well. However, due to extreme UV Rays it is not recommended.

Q. Is Decor Style® Non Toxic?

A.Yes, it is.

Q. Can Decor Style® be placed in a bathroom sink?

A.Yes, and it can be cleaned the way you normally would clean your sink with a mild cleaner
