Return/Warranty policy
We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. We carefully choose our product and we will do our best for giving this effort you our customer. We want you to be completely delighted with our product you placed an order from us. When you receive order, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not charge any restocking fees but you will be responsible
for all shipping charges. Standard Delivery

General Information about shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our Virginia warehouse by UPS or USPS delivery service to arrive within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Depending on your location and your order will pick the carrier that will get your package to you a quick as possible. Your order will ship within one business day. For example, if you place
an order on Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday. If you place an order on Friday, it will ship on Monday. Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we ship Monday through Friday.We also try and ship orders the same day as you place them. (Side note: During the December Holiday Season an additional day or two for processing might be needed to ship your order). You will receive tracking information the evening of the day we ship your order. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive
an additional surcharge. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.In the unlikely event we are out of stock on a product you want, we will notify you at once, and of course we will not charge your card.
